This year just keeps on getting better and better for Frank Ocean and deservingly so. It has been officially announced that Frank will be gracing the stage for the 2012 MTV VMA Awards. The singer/songwriter has been nominated for three awards including Best New Artist and Best Male Artist and he is also expected to perform some material off his critically acclaimed album channel ORANGE. You already know this is going to be epic.
Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Green Day, Pink, One Direction, 2 Chainz, Ke$ha, and Alicia Keys, who is set debut the title track off her upcoming album Girl on Fire, will also be performing live. Hosted by comedian Kevin Hart, this is easily going to be a can’t miss event. Make sure to tune in to MTV September 6th at 8 p.m. EST.
